Shebl is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale events across the Middle East and Africa. He has extensive experience working with government and semi-government entities, delivering high-profile tourism and cultural events under strict timelines, compliance requirements, and public visibility. In his role as General Manager,  Shebl leads operations, procurement, logistics, commercial management, and project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between government entities, stakeholders, service providers, and contractors. His experience includes senior leadership involvement in the delivery of the security services contract for the FIFA World Cup, executive oversight of procurement and operational delivery for Expo 2023 Doha at Al Bidda Park (approximately 1.7 million square meters), and leadership in delivery of Sealine Season 1 and 2 in collaboration with Visit Qatar.
