Research
The challenge wasn’t just scale it was duration. Unlike short-term events, Expo required an understanding of how people return, revisit, and re-engage over time. Patterns of movement, peak periods, and audience diversity from families to international delegations shaped how programming was distributed across the site.
Design
The site unfolded across multiple zones International, Cultural, and Family each offering a different layer of engagement. Large stages, smaller performance areas, and open public spaces worked together, allowing both planned programming and spontaneous moments to coexist.

Development
AND Marketing & Events supported the execution of daily programming and live event operations across the full duration of the Expo. This included coordinating performances, workshops, parades, and large-scale productions such as drone shows and international acts, ensuring continuous activity across all zones throughout the 179-day run.

Concept
Expo was approached as a city in motion, not a fixed event. At any given moment, something was happening on stage, along pathways, or within installations. The experience wasn’t built around a single highlight, but around constant discovery, where visitors could arrive at any time and still find the space active.
