Al Samri Night 2025 transformed the desert into a one-night cultural gathering at scale, welcoming over 23,000 attendees. Built and delivered within 72 hours, the event brought together a 400+ member Samri ensemble, supported by fireworks and a drone show, turning a traditional performance into a large-format live experience.

Research
The focus was on understanding how Al Samri is traditionally experienced its rhythm, formation, and connection with the audience and how that could translate into a setting of this scale. Crowd behavior, visibility, and sound distribution were key considerations, especially with thousands of attendees in an open desert environment.
Design
The layout was built around the performance, with clear sightlines, stage positioning, and audience zones designed to hold large numbers without losing connection to the performers. The setting remained minimal, allowing the scale of participation and movement to define the space.

Development
AND Marketing & Events delivered the event from build to execution under a compressed timeline, managing infrastructure, production, performer coordination, and live operations. The integration of fireworks and drone elements extended the experience beyond the performance, marking the night as a defining moment within Sealine Season.

Concept
The idea was to amplify, not alter. Instead of reinterpreting the art form, the concept allowed Al Samri to expand naturally growing from an intimate cultural expression into a shared experience across a large audience. The aim was to keep the performance authentic while giving it the scale of a festival moment.
