Sealine Season 2025 was Qatar’s first-of-its-kind desert destination event, delivered over a month-long period. The project transformed the coastline into a fully operational event site featuring concerts, cultural programming, adventure activities, fireworks, and drone shows, with peak weekends welcoming up to 14,000 visitors per day. Signature experiences included Al Samri Night, alongside a continuous mix of live performances and activations.

Research
The team studied visitor patterns across day and night, identifying when energy peaks, how long audiences engage, and what keeps them moving through space. Insights from regional festivals and destination events helped shape a program that could hold attention over an entire month.
Design
The site was organized as a series of connected zones, each serving a different purpose food, retail, family spaces, and performance areas while still feeling part of one environment. The layout wasn’t just about placement, but about how people move, gather, and pause, especially at peak capacity.

Development
AND Marketing & Events built and operated the site from the ground up infrastructure, staging, programming, and daily operations within an open desert setting. Across the month, the team managed live shows, technical production, crowd flow, and large-scale moments, keeping the entire environment active day and night.

Concept
The idea was simple: let the desert set the stage. By day, it becomes a space for activity and exploration. By night, it shifts into a performance environment lights, sound, and movement taking over the dunes. Instead of a fixed event, the experience was designed to change with time, giving visitors a reason to return and see it differently.
