Research
The challenge was working with a long, open boulevard rather than a contained venue. Movement, visibility, and crowd density had to be considered across the entire stretch ensuring people could engage with the event from multiple points without losing connection to what was happening.
Design
The setup allowed for continuous flow, with performance moments and viewing areas positioned to work with the length of the boulevard. The drone show acted as a unifying moment visible across the site and anchoring the experience in the sky above.
Development
AND Marketing & Events managed the on-ground delivery, coordinating production, crowd movement, and live operations within a high-capacity public setting. The opening set the tone for Lusail Boulevard as an active, people-driven destination rather than just a new location.
Concept
Instead of treating it like a single-stage event, the idea was to let the boulevard perform. The experience unfolded along the street music, movement, and light drawing people through the space rather than holding them in one place.
